On cold days my nose runs a LOT. I think that it must be condensation inside the nose walls. Do others have this problem?

I've considered attaching one of those retractable key chains onto my handlebars and then attaching the hankie to it. When my nose starts running (again) I can pull the hankie up to my nose and then just let go. The key chain will retract the hankie back to the handlebars where it will blow in the wind and dry a little. What do ya' think?
