I usually carry a handkerchief with me when I ride (I call it the spanky-hanky), but often on solo rides I can't be bothered getting it out of my jersey pocket, so at those times Ijust fire snot rockets.
I have spewed while out riding but stopped to do it in the nearest hedge and not in public!!!
I used to spew if I was really unfit but it hasn't happened now for about 4 years
