I was too slow to get this off the local Craig’s list (original ad is deleted.) Rear drop outs and the top of the seat stays look to me like it is a fillet brazed Schwinn. Not sure about the fork crown, nor if there is chrome at the end of the front fork or not.

It was listed at $70. Did I miss a deal? Can anyone ID the model/year?
