1984 Le Tour Luxe touring bike. Suntour Mountech group with top mount symmetric shifters. Very nice bike assuming the rear derailleur is in good shape (they were known for not being super reliable). Assuming ready to ride, it would have been a deal at 70- if it needed a lot of work, then 70 would have been about right. I sold one recently for 180.
