I would say the ones you've picked out will be fine. Most aero bars that you see on the road are of the clip/screw/clamp-on type, it's not a budget decision. Even in the mountain TT in the Tour this year, almost all of the GC contenders rode the 2 climbs on a standard road bike with aeros bolted on and only some switched to a TT bike for the final descent.

Get the bars. If your bike can support your weight, the bars will too. Play around with their position (not while the bike is moving) and yours. Make sure you have everything tightened up all the way before riding. Enjoy.
