For a definitive date, there could be a date stamp on the fixed cup and/or BB spindle.

As for the model, I don't know. As you see in the catalog, in 1937 the Model A has a different seat cluster. My bike and your bike matches the Model B. But I don't know what they offered in 33/34. Maybe our bikes were the Model A at that time and when they came out with a new version, they made it the Model B. Or it was always a Model B. I keep my eyes open for catalogs but it took me 5 years to find the one from 37.
