Was reading the UCI rulebook today, such is the life of a track director. Turns out there are very specific rules on the size and the make of the jackets and pants a motor pacer can wear.
I'm picturing motorpacers with huge windbreakers all puffed out to improve the draft or is there some other reason for this?
