I think it all depends on what you want to do...I'll say this, having a backup bike is a good thing. If I were keeping it I'd probably set it up differently from my other bike...maybe wider tires...and find a niche for it.
Valuation? A lot will depend on your market and your ability to write the ad, but I'd say...on average...$300ish (and a good value for the buyer) for a Schwin Tenax with 600 in my market if it's ready to ride.
Lose the time trial bars and clipless pedals.
