The question gets easier when you you have more than two bikes. I've got about a ten right now, and I only ride about 300 miles per month, so a lot of them aren't getting used. I've gotten rid of two of them recently and hope off two more before I pick up any more projects.
But really, its been unridden for four years? Just sell it. It's a nice bike and someone else will really dig it.
