50 and below: above+knee warmers (or leg warmers), shoe covers, wind vest, knit gloves
40 and below: above-knee/leg warmers and + padless tights over bibs, thicker gloves, base layer, thermal cap covering ears
30 and below: **** it I'm not ridin'
