um, no... the Dura Ace drive train is very much intact. I did replace the down tube shifters with STI. Searched (and still searching) for some good Dura Ace STI's but haven't found a set yet. I traded some other stuff out for a set of NIB 8 speed Shimano STI shifters. Low end yes but the price was right and will be replaced with a more worthy set in due time.
