Loop around Moraine Park (north entrance) and out the south entrance. That's up US 34 and down US36 Or do Trail Ridge to the Rock Cut and back down. That should be spectacular.

Or out CO 7 to CO72 and return.

Another would be down US34 (Big Thompson Canyon) to Devil's Gulch Road and back. But be ware, anything with Devil in it is bad, very bad. It's a nasty climb back to Estes Park!

You could also drive over to Grand Lake. There's lots of options over there.
