Yes, I had an XO1 for a year. I never found those handlebars to be useful off-road.

Just not suited for the light single track I tried to use them on.

They were comfortable on the city streets though. Afforded a nice up-right riding position.

In addition, my kids put them on a single speed Miyata project with the same mixed results.

The bars need a stem like a Nitto Dirt Drop to be comfortable or at least an equivalent to get them high enough.

Otherwise they produce all sorts of lower back or wrist pain from too much weight being pushed forward.

The stock stem on XO1 seemed to get the bars high enough for most riders though.
