It isn't a matter of noticing your bike and the kit, in these times the public is very touchy about exposure in any form. I'd say to check what the local laws say and use discretion at all times. Common sense isn't as common as it once was, so don't rely on that to bail you out. The police are going to err on the side of caution with this type thing (my brother is a retired deputy LT, he said it is a big time thing now,) if you are convicted of public exposure of the genitals it brings a whole truck load or grief down on you and getting a sexual offender tag on you is very, very tough to ever expunge. Don't scoff at this it has a chance of happening and a search will get you examples of arrests and the problems that accompany the legal system. You may well luck out if an officer or even a citizen sees you and you just get a warning, but you could well get your self in a world of hurt. You have to judge what you want to risk your self.

You are in Canada so I claim no knowledge of the legal system there and how things have evolved with the exposure, sexual offender status, public urination and such, so do the due diligence necessary.
