LOL...I understand that but what constitutes level? On saddles where the rear turns upwards, do you lay a book on top and level that way? if so, that usually leaves the saddle nose up. If you dont use a book where do you place the level on the saddle?
It doesn't really matter. You are going to adjust it to fit you and your riding positions. Just start out close to level.
When you find the spot you like you may want to measure to see where it is at in case you need to remove and then reset your saddle.
