Saddle setup
I'm considering giving the new San Marco Concor a try. It has less of a "dip" and is wider than the previous model. Question is, how best to level it? Is it designed to be a slightly "nose up" saddle?

LOL...I understand that but what constitutes level? On saddles where the rear turns upwards, do you lay a book on top and level that way? if so, that usually leaves the saddle nose up. If you dont use a book where do you place the level on the saddle?

When you find the spot you like you may want to measure to see where it is at in case you need to remove and then reset your saddle.

I set a saddle like this so that the part of the saddle from the center of the dip to the nose is level. The back then sticks up. If you find that you are constantly pushing back to stay where you want to be on the saddle, try raising the nose a bit. If that causes genital numbness then drop it back down or look for a different saddle.

Check if the saddle maker has a discussion on leveling the saddle.
For Selle SMP saddles, they recommend using a level across the back & nose, then tilting down 2-4 deg as a starting point. I would imagine a similar approach would work for this saddle.
