I actually have one of these frames, I bought it in the early 90's. Since I've had it , the fork cracked at the forkcrown / fork blade joint and a rear dop out on the left side broke where it enters the seat stay. I don't think this is indicitve of the builders abilities now, but I never did get the fork back from him, and now have a Tange alloy fork. The geometry is wrong, and it doesn't track very good. The seat post binder idea is from those puke greeen Legnano's from the late 60's. It holds well, but I had to drill it out once. Luckily the one in my frame used a standard 1/4 - 28 Allen bolt. All in all an OK bike, but I miss my old Bianchi.
