This unidentified tool was given to me by a friend who was sure it was some kind of bike tool that he found stored with some other parts and goodies which he also gave me. I showed it to all my gearhead buddies and none of them could figure it out either. When I was at the LBS the other day the most experienced gent there said, "looks like a bike tool" but really couldn't find anything it fit.

Its about 12" long and 1/8" thick pressed steel with no markings of any sort. Please help!
