Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Yep, 1" threadless carbon fork are rare and those weighing under 400 gms are even rarer. I have Easton EC90SLX forks on two bikes and they weigh 295 grams uncut BUT they are 1-1/8" steerers so that won't help you at all. And, yes, the logos are a bit garish.

Kestrel made their EMS Pro in 1" threadless for a while but it weighed about 495 grams and has been out of production for quite a while.

Nashbar still lists a 1" threadless fork with carbon legs and an aluminum steerer but it's advertises at 580 gms uncut.

Amazon lists a 1" alloy steerer Ritchey carbon fork but doesn't give the weight which I sure is way above 400 gms.

Not much help is that?
