Why do you want such short cranks? And 152mm is an odd size to boot. I know there are people that will customize existing longer cranks. They cut off the end with the existing pedal mounting boss and then drill and tap a new hole closer to the crank's centerline but it isn't cheap since it needs to be precision machined.
I'm just a bit surprised at the desire for the odd number, 152mm instead of something like a 150mm or 155mm which I bet you might be able to find (children's bike crank?).
Shorter folks, people with limited range of motion for all sorts of reasons, kids, hand-crank riders, eccentrics -- all might want such a short crank. And consider: with these shorter cranks, every millimeter larger or smaller makes a bigger relative difference, so the exact 152 size is not so weird at all, especially compared to the 172.5mm cranks some people buy.
