We have a group of guys that meet at the trail head at 5am and get one in before work about 3 times a week. No better way to start the day than waking up with nature. We have a regular one that supplies us with 2k of descending over 2.5 miles, so that means 2k of climbing to earn it. Our rides usually end up being about 1 1/2-2hrs in ride time so we can get back to work at a descent time.
