If you want a little added security, agree to list the bike on eBay and have him buy it from there. You'll have to pay a percentage of the sale value in fees but you'll be protected by eBay's seller guidelines.
That's the only thing I've been thinking about, because without ebay he could up and file a claim for any reason any I'd have no real recourse to fight it. Thanks mang.
