I've got one of these and like it very much, been riding with it for a couple of years now. I added some iron on reflective strips to the back and sleeves because I ride in the dark a lot and wanted some extra reflectivity. It's reasonably waterproof (resistant?) but for me it's hard to tell because I sweat quite a bit. I'd say it's a good price for a good jacket.
