Endura Laser II Jacket

have anyone used the following jacket -

i am looking for an affordable(below US$100), waterproof and packable jacket. Have used Endura Parajak, but doesn't work well in heavy rain. Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I've got one of these and like it very much, been riding with it for a couple of years now. I added some iron on reflective strips to the back and sleeves because I ride in the dark a lot and wanted some extra reflectivity. It's reasonably waterproof (resistant?) but for me it's hard to tell because I sweat quite a bit. I'd say it's a good price for a good jacket.

Good luck
