As part of prepping for an upcoming tour I'm refurbishing my '89 Voyageur.

The stock cranket (55/44/27) is geared too tall for my needs so I would like to switch it out, Nashbar makes a 44/33/22 crankset that sounds about right, only problem is they sell three bottom brackets to match.
