Looks to be an early 80's Low end Japanese made Puch. Nothing special basic High-ten frame with cheaper components. In rough condition bout $75 or so give or take. I had one a while back that got for free rebuilt as a single speed with a nice alloy wheels I sold it for $160. These do clean up nice and make good basic riders.
