I'm scooper on value exspecially that most if not all of the original parts are there. Having all of the original parts is huge part of value on nicer vintage Schwinns typically examples that are original with all parts sell for 2x over ones that are not complete and original. One can clean up and restore stuff fairly easy in most cases that is actually there but one can't restore something that isn't there.
