In the case of the Burley, the plastic ferrule of the case is a snug fit into the leader. I had to use a drill to "catch" the ferrule in order to pull it out. In the Burley case, the down tube is bent and part of the boob tube and open at the end. This is the only tube on the frame that acutally allows water to drain out if it gets in. When I turned it upside down when removing parts, about a 1/4 cup of water came out of the stoker ST!
