Bikes: 1990 Romic Reynolds 531 custom build, Merlin Works CR Ti custom build, super light Workswell 066 custom build

Looks like a Isis or Shimano Octalink splined BB with threaded 68 mm BSA shell. Being Specialized, it is not Italian sized. I'm no expert on what Specialized uses for this type of BB, their own version or one of the OEMs.
