The fork rake on these bikes is attractive. The bike appears in nice from the images, the modifications and lack of toe clips and straps suggest it was ridden casually and not often.
Images to help document this: close up of chainrings, lack of pedal scrapes, detail of typical great British Chrome, will go a long way to obtaining top value.
$1,000 is probably the target. Some will want tubulars, some will like the clinchers. Others will want clincher rims in a natural finish with gum wall tires... You cannot please everybody. If the original loose rims are kicking around, so much the better.
I don't know which way the Classic Rendezvous google group is leaning currently, they in its old guise of a mailing list swung from appreciation of these to casting them aside as not worthy due to their "production" origins, I did read recently that there may have been no more that 550 of these made that year.

Just double checked the fork leg image, that chrome may not be in terrific shape... there might be a discount for that.
