I have two sets of wheels for my LHT, one set has tires labeled as 28mm but caliper at 25mm and I pump the rear of that tire up to 120 psig, ... ... with my Silca pump. And, yes I have toured with that LHT with my camping gear on my touring wheels with 37mm tires.
