Bikes: 1998 Amp Research dual suspension mtn bike; 2012 Ridley Orion full Carbon (Ultegra)

So, should I go out on a ride today of take a day of rest? Was thinking of a 15-20 mile easy ride. Nothing too challenging. My legs feel good if a tiny bit sore but other than the fact I'm up at 4;30 a.m., I feel great.
