The chainwheel (paisley shaped) is a Wald replacement, not original. Looks like a '60's bike to me, maybe a JC Higgins or a Western Flyer. Not really worth much- girls bikes are mostly just for parts to refurbish boy's bikes, too much rust on that one to be of much use.
