The frame is the most interesting part but not that noteworthy.
I noticed the odd bottom bracket junction and interesting fork. Also appears to have a Perry or Komet rear hub. It's some kind of strange off-brander for sure. Sadly, she's too far gone to be much more than a lawn ornament...
