Since this pic I have moved the stem up one spacer, but flipped it down. Looks much better, I think. Also it will be getting a rack and (hopefully) trunk bag fairly soon. Already have the seat post clamp sitting at the LBS with rack attachments on it.
You should repost this in the "hot or not" thread. Although that isn't usually my taste, I'd say this ride is hot!
