You might have better luck if you used one of their dealers as a go-between.

I said that because I once contacted Kona about one of their models from the previous year. I was wanting to check to see if they had a certain model w/o bothering my LBS to do it (though I would have ordered through the LBS). Kona got back to me and told me to have the LBS send the stock inquiry.
