Contacting Linus?
Quick Q: Has anyone else had difficulties contacting Linus? I've shot them two or three emails a couple weeks ago regarding some of their bikes but I haven't heard anything back. Not sure if that's the norm or what.

You might have better luck if you used one of their dealers as a go-between.
I said that because I once contacted Kona about one of their models from the previous year. I was wanting to check to see if they had a certain model w/o bothering my LBS to do it (though I would have ordered through the LBS). Kona got back to me and told me to have the LBS send the stock inquiry.
