The bearings in my left pedal went to crap today. Not shocking, as I bought these pedals in 2009 and they have graced at least 4 different bikes since. I pulled shiny new pedals from spare parts and moved the clips and straps over.
The rear tire (which was both cheap and previously used on another bike) started falling apart, too, so I pulled a previously-used Panaracer off of the ceiling and mounted it up. I should pony up for some 700x37 WTB All-Terrains. They would help when I decide to hit the trail on the way home.
