Problem: Aerospoke wheel doesn't fit in my frame.

I am building a singlespeed that i want to use when i am gone live in Amsterdam. Last year i build a fixie so i use some parts of that bike to build a new singlespeed. But for now i have some troubles with my aerospoke wheel. I didn't came that far with google and youtube so i made my first topic here. I bought an aerospoke wheel but it does not fit in the frame... The axel is 1.2 cm and has a cap on it that is 1.4cm. the space in my frame is 1 cm. Are those normale sizes? I have made some pictures to illustrate what i ment.

and i would like to make it a front aerospoke. I already have a back deep v wheel from my fixie that i would like to use. So is it possible? I saw this hub but is this a hub that fits all aerospokes? TMC Sealed Bearings Hub for Aerospoke 700c Front Wheel - Hub & Pulley - sixbike.com If i could switch will my first problem also been solved so this has my preference.

I hope you guys could help me out!

Thanks
