I don't, actually. It's just been so hard to adopt her sermons, that flew in the face of conventional wisdom, that saturated fats were not harmful.
Finally, a large study has proven her right.
And as she predicted, the real villain is likely carbohydrates and sugar.
That makes it easier, actually. Instead of having two classes of foods to avoid now there's only one - carbs & sugar.
Now if I can only hunt down who funded this study to make sure it wasn't the dairy and cattle industries, I will feel a lot better.
