+1 A 10-32 is a sloppy fit in a properly drilled and tapped M5x0.8 hole and won't hold well. The tap drill for an M5x.8 bolt is 4.3 mm or 0.1693". For a
#10-32 it's a
#21 or 0.1590". That's close but no cigar.
