Welcome to BF! On your storage quandary, take a look at the Delta Botticelli indoor storage rack. I deal with limited available indoor space and this one serves me well by storing 4 bikes inside a ~3’x6’ area. It’s not the heaviest construction that ever was, but I find it adequate and worth the price. It probably wouldn’t do well with a 30 pound downhill bomber hung on the upper level, but that’s OK with me.
