Rode on the rollers again last night. With bloom being off the rose as to performance improvements, there was nothing but the monotony of pedaling without going anywhere. I can't believe I rode these things all last winter.
I don't think I can make it to Spring.
I've been wrestling with the same problem. I'm in the market for a stationary machine to ride during the winter. I'm into cycling for my health and for fun. I love riding my bike but after about 40 miles or so that seat starts to get uncomfortable.
I don't need to train for a race or anything so I see no need for rollers. I can see I mat not ride the trainer as much as I should so I think I am going to opt for a regular stationary bike. Maybe a recumbent.
