I love the bell, and it does have a nice tone. My sister bought it for me for my last birthday. My saddle is not as crazy as it looks in that fish-eye close-up. Here is a distance shot, you can see that it tilts up slightly but it's not that radical. Or maybe it is and I'm just a radical guy!

I would set a saddle like that with the nose as low as it could go before I start to feel like I'm sliding forward. Only you can judge where that point is.

I have that same bell but in green. Has a nice pra-ching sound to it.
