OK, If you look at your PDF, it's either an UN26 or an ES25
I just did a quick image search and the ES25 is Octalink
and the UN 26 is square taper.
Look at the crank and it's obvious whether it's a square taper or Octalink connection.
If you're ordering the crank (haven't seen it yet), you should know which one you're ordering, OR just ask for the correct BB for whichever one you're ordering when you order it, OR, go on EBAY, buy both BB's (they're very cheap), when you get the crank, you'll see which it is (octalink or square taper) and send back the one you don't need.
