Off the shelf you want something stamped 'Tange' on his steerer tube. Also look for a 'Tange' decal on the legs. Typically you'll find Tange dropouts but Shimanos are just as good.

If your looking for carbon Easton is a safe buy but the threaded ones are getting very difficult to find.
