Paramedics are trained to check around your neck and wrists for medic alert bracelets.
(Forget that I.C.E. on your cell phone email you got. It's bogus.)

I went to my local army surplus store and got a lightweight dog tag for four dollars, and put just the info on there I wanted. No social, but blood type, allergies, and a few people to call.

Also put my name on there. Not the official, legal, driver's license version that nobody addresses me by, but the middle one I want the medics to loudly call me by while I'm unconcious.
