I keep moving. If I can't pass on the right cus I'm blocked, I can often duck between cars and pass on the left (taking due precautions of course). They WANT you to stop. That's my last option. I prefer to indicate that they're just not a factor.
Like I said, I'm probably a jerk for doing so, but I'll hop the curb pull up to their passenger, knock on their window and ask them what the flying f*** they're thinking. Generally just intimidation. The scared look on their face when they realize that they can't get away and that I might possibly be a psychotic person is a good indication that they are thinking they've made a bad decision.
No I don't condone what I do, but I'm a little hot blooded when on my bike.
