What's interesting, I learned that the roads for the cars were made lower so the entrance ramps for the bikes wouldn't be so steep.

As to the price. I'll try and find this out which shouldn't be too difficult. I should add that the Hovenring has been in existence for two years but I only recently learned about it. I'm certain it was covered in all the news but somehow I missed it. (We could have been on vacation.)
