Looigi- You are likely right. But when i read the OP it was so lacking grammatical indicators and focus that i took the last "sentence" as meaning that the bike was friction shifted. But re reading I see that the OP was likely talking about himself and not the bike. I'm glad no one's safety was dependent on the OP's writing skills, or my ability to understand it. Andy.
